Vladimir Guerrero is inducted into the Hall of Fame Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Héctor Gómez, Anaheim, California.- As part of a colorful and emotional ceremony Vladimir Guerrero was inducted into the Hall of Fame Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

The ceremony was attended by his family, top executives of the joint, headed by its owner Arturo Moreno, Lic. Danilo Díaz and Soterio Ramírez, Minister and Vice Minister of Sports, respectively, Virgilio Rojo, Guerrero publicist, among others.

Likewise, They attended the Panamanian Rod Carew, Tim Salmon, Chuck Finley, Garret Anderson, among other legends that also belong to the Hall of Fame team based in Anaheim, California.

His exaltation, Guerrero joined the group Angels legends including Bobby Grich (1988), Jim Fregosi (1989), Don Baylor (1990), Panamanian Rod Carew (1991), Nolan Ryan (1992), Jimmie Reese (1995), Brian Downing (2009), Chuck Finley (2009), Gene Autry (2011), The champion team World Series 2002 (2012), Bobby Knoop (2013), Dean Chance (2015), Mike Witt (2015), Tim Salmon (2015) and Garret Anderson (2016).

Guerrero words

visibly moved, Guerrero said he was very pleased and grateful to the organization and fans.

“I am very happy with the support I have always received on this computer, both Sr. Arturo Moreno as all executives and fans who have always supported me”, He said.

In his six years with the Angels (2004-2009), Guerrero participated in 846 games, 3237 games, AVG .319, 173 home runs, 616 towed, 544 annotated, 1034 hits, 194 double, 10 triples, 52 stolen bases, OBP .381, SLG .546, OPS .927. He won the MVP in the season 2004 and he participated in four All-Star Games.
